Job Summary

In a proactive manner, plans, directs and implements the organization’s safety program to ensure a safe, healthy and accident-free work environment. Manages the safety and risk in both field and office environment. Ensures compliance with OSHA, federal, state, local and industry specific regulations. Schedules and participates in safety audits on a regular basis. Leads and directs staff in implementing and coordinating activities related to safety, risk management, damage claims, loss prevention and controls. Ensures managers and supervisors are focused on safety training, following proper procedures, recording / reporting accidents, and mitigating safety risks across the Company.
